Conversion d’un duplex en unifamiliale. Insertion d’une structure d’acier pour ouvrir le rez-de-chaussée et maximiser la lumière. Aménagement d’un vestibule vitré avec rangement et conservation des planchers d’origine témoins de l'ancien plan.
Duplex conversion into a single-family home. Installation of steel beams to open the ground floor and bring in daylight. Features a glazed entrance vestibule with storage and retained original hardwood floors showing former layout traces.

Agrandissement arrière de deux étages abritant cuisine et séjour. Le nouveau volume en zinc s’intègre à la maçonnerie existante et intègre de grands vitrages sur la cour. À l’intérieur, les travaux incluent l’ébénisterie intégrée, de grands carreaux et des finitions contemporaines.
Two-storey rear addition extending the home with a kitchen and living area. The new zinc-clad volume connects to existing masonry and features large glazed openings to the yard. Interior work includes custom millwork, large-format tile, and refined finishes.

Conversion d’un duplex de 1958 en unifamiliale. Démolition des cloisons au rez-de-chaussée et ajout d’une structure en bois lamellé-collé. Réalisation d'un escalier sous puits de lumière, de nouvelles ouvertures arrière, d'une façade recomposée et d'une terrasse.

With more than 30 years of experience in construction, of which 20 as a general contractor, Benoit Thiry brings a deep understanding of the technical, organizational and human factors that shape complex projects. Throughout his career, he has led teams, coordinated multiple stakeholders and worked closely with architects and consultants on demanding residential and commercial work. His experience brings sound judgment, foresight and a clear understanding of construction constraints, allowing him to preserve architectural intent while ensuring disciplined, well-controlled execution.
